DPC 2 – South America
In the South America region of the Dota Pro Circuit season 2, beastcoast and Evil Geniuses continued to dominate the competition, securing their spots in the upcoming Berlin Major. Thunder Awaken also had a strong showing, finishing in third place and securing their spot in the playoffs.
However, Infinity struggled throughout the season and finished in fourth place with a 3-4 record, barely securing their spot in the playoffs. Infamous R and Alliance.LATAM both finished with a 2-5 record, narrowly avoiding relegation to division 2.
On the other hand, Keyd Stars and Qhali had a disappointing season, finishing in seventh and eighth place, respectively. They will now be relegated to division 2 for the next season. The top two teams from this region will be looking to make a deep run in the Berlin Major and bring home the championship.
